      2. Followed by 3 blank line spaces (qs)

      1. First major heading preceded by a QS; all other preceded by 1 blank line space (ds)
      2. All followed by a DS
      3. All subheadings single-spaced (ss)
      
      
      
   3. Horizontal Spacing
      1. Title of Outline Centered over the Line of Writing Major Headings and Subheadings
      2. Major Headings and Subheadings
      1. Identifying Roman Numerals at left margin (periods aligned) followed by two spaces
      2. Identifying letters and numbers for each subsequent level of subheading aligned below the first word of the preceding heading, followed by two spaces.
